I have a very different take on this. First is that Nixon was involved with an attack on the Dem Party for political motives in a way, like Trump, was designed to control the political outcomes in the country. Cuomo is simply a sexist male who behaved like most men--obnoxious and invasive with women. He clearly relied on a high level of entitlement but no different than the men who return home from work and feel privileged to beat up on their wives which in some way is even worse than Cuomo.

The issue with Cuomo is structural sexism, no different than structural racism. And getting rid of Cuomo is really a diversionary move. It ignores the blatant continuance of such behavior in a sexist culture. Unless you focus on this structure and demand changes that alter how we work as a society, nothing will change. But lots of people will cheer. The GOP will gloat at the 'left' losing one of their big names and taking down the Party's credibility. The left will cheer as if they actually won some meaningful battle that, in effect, will change nothing. The focus of the argument needs to change and it should follow the progressive Black movement
