I love that the example Trump gives of women “being treated very badly” is men playing in women's sport.

NOT - Being denied access to healthcare - medically indicated abortion or contraceptive care

NOT - Access to paid maternity leave

NOT - The gender pay gap

NOT - Under-representation in political and corporate leadership positions

NOT - Gender based violence.

He lives on another planet, if he thinks that's the main issue showing “women being treated very badly”. Patronising, delusional moron.

Seems like he’d realize that ‘quiet, quiet piggy’ was treating a woman very badly. I guess he means other men not him.

Gender pay gap is a myth and shouldn’t be mentioned. It kills credibility. Women don’t get paid less for the same job with the same experience - simply untrue

What about jail sentences, mental health outcomes, outcomes in custody hearings, being drafted for war?

Funny how men get the short end of the stick on all of those and no one cares.

The gender pay gap is only a "myth" if you use the narrow definition of equal pay for equal work. If you look at a broader view of women needing to take jobs that fit around caring responsibilities (for children or older parents) which often means part-time work, then over time women are impacted much more than men. That also applies to their superannuation (I think it's 401K in America?).

I can't comment on some of the other issues you mention, but 50/50 parenting is the norm in Australia, unless there is violence or abuse involved.

Fair points.

Most men in the states are not so lucky; they have to pay for full time while getting to see their kids a couple times per month.

Did he know women were people before he was given a cognitive test? Person. Woman. Man.

I picture him saying it repeatedly, faster and faster as he realizes the connection, and then he breaks into song as if he’s the Star of “Donald Trump: The Musical”, flitting around the room breaking chairs as he jumps on them, and getting caught mid-pirouette by MTG. They embrace while harmonizing the chorus: 🎶 PersoonWomanMaaaaaaaaannnnn

He most likely thinks women are a TV.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to give this idiot airtime all those decades ago?

Some people used to find this narcissistic dimbulb amusing and invited him on talk shows. I never understood why.

It’s very unfair that men sexually abuse children and women and get away with it

Aural Sects's avatar

Demeaning? But grabbing them by the p@ssy is fine?

Lori Lamb's avatar

He doesn't believe that. He's proven his feelings on women by not ever being faithful, by treating us as playthings for his amusement, by only calling female reporters piggies, or stupid or liars. This man is a narcissistic, misogynistic bastard.

Not to mention sex trafficking and raping girls.

Claire Potter's avatar

Ummmm…because that was the intro, and most of the video is me and Neil talking to each other?

Well we know Nancy Pelosi was smarter than you, is that what you mean? You still could not beat her in a foot race with her wearing 3 inch heels.

Quiet piggy. You are stupid.

So, that’s why you demean female journalists by calling them stupid and piggy to their faces?
