Would love it if you would ask Ryan why is it that he believes Bush (gov) and Sackler are responsible for the opioid crisis and yet it’s not Rep gov and gun manufacturers who are responsible for the gun crisis?
As my husband often says in response to grand assertions that I am prone to make (quoting the movie Napoleon Dynamite): "As if anyone could really know that!" And then we laugh. I would love to hear you speak with a specialist in or historian of polling, Claire, because I suspect that this pretend "science" and its presence on major media has made us believe as if reality were somehow easily quantified and predicted. Now we demand explanations and if we can't get them, well, we make them up and so do the pollsters.
Actually, Ryan is also one of the best polling experts I know. But yes, I think that would be an interesting episode.
